The Local Brokerage wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable color contrast, text alternatives for images, headings in a logical order, forms with clear labels, and pages that work with a keyboard alone.

Where we may fall short

Some content comes from other companies, including our home search website and embedded tools. We do not control how those are built, but we will help you get the same information another way.
