How our brands relate.
The Local Brokerage is the brokerage. A few other names sit around it, and each one has a job.
- The Local Brokerage: the brokerage itself. Broker of record: Christopher Heilman, Ohio broker license BRKP.2023000091. Office: 1635 River Valley Cir S, Suite 305, Lancaster, OH 43130.
- Live Local Great Lakes: our Ohio home-search website. The agents shown there are with The Local Brokerage.
- Local Great Lakes: our regional content brand.
- Grow Your Local Authority: where agents can learn about joining us and building their business.
Our agents also build business identities of their own. Staphan Smith, for example, works under the Deep Roots Real Connections slogan.
License numbers and regulator contacts are on the State Licensing page.
